What we’ll do:
You will be learning a whole new way of making cheese and yogurt! using wholesome ingredients that are mindfully picked to make the best product possible.
By the end of this experience you will know how to open coconuts like a pro, and ferment different nuts and seeds with conviction.
You will also sample and learn how to make kombucha – a fermented tea drink that is tasty and fantastic for your digestion. It’s like sipping on healthy champagne!
You will taste different artisan cheeses and yogurt. Start making your own VEGAN cheeses as soon as you are back home!
Impress your next dinner guests with a nutritious and heavenly cheese plate!
